A “Wheelie” Good Idea…

Margaret, aka Leggz, who many of you will know from the Forum has suggested a transport sharing scheme. In these days of financial gloom and carbon footprint awareness, what could make more sense? Also, as she points out, apart from the economy aspects, a great way for people to meet and (hopefully) enjoy time together on the way to certain events.

She has mentioned Limbless Association meetings such as the AGM as one possibility but will also be going to Eastbourne – Devonshire Park: June Sat 13 – Sat 20th for the tennis and, of course, there’s the BT Paralympic World Cup in Manchester from the 20th – 25th May…

This idea is very much a work in progress at the moment, but If you’d like to start the ball rolling we’d love to hear from you either with dates and venues, requests for lifts or, simply, advice on how we can make this work to its best potential. You can contact Leggz on: catnap4mb@hotmail.com
