Channel 4 documentary -
Hearing first hand from disabled adults/young people or families who have a disabled child who are presently experiencing disability hate crime/hate incidents.
In light of the media attention over the Pilkington case, I am specifically looking for people who might be willing to come forward to talk about their experience of an ongoing case of bullying/harassment/abuse in their neighbourhood.
I have already conducted a number of interviews with disabled people all over UK but these are predominantly past experiences so I am now looking for an current/ongoing case to act as the central narrative.
The documentary is scheduled to be broadcast at the end of January on Channel 4 at 7.30 on Friday evening for C4 First Cut.
